cabbage pakora

Cabbage is one vegetable which helps a lot in our digestion system.,for your skin,eyes. It takes very important place in our health as it is rich in Vitamin A,B,B,iodine.Cabbage is also proved the effect of reducing cancer disease. It fights against the cancer radicals strongly and effectively.

Taking fresh cabbage juice often keeps our stomach away from ulcer as it contains sulfur. you can eat cabbage slices directly. So dont throw away the cabbage slices while eating which has put for garnishing. Becoz i have seen so many people who does not eat the garnishings. So next time when you are eating out dont forget to eat the garnishings.

Cabbage pakora is made easily try this in your home.


Ingrediants:

  • 1cup cabbage grated
  • 1cup besan flour
  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • baking soda pinch
  • oil for deep fry
Preparation:

  1. mix besan flour ,red chilli powder,baking soda,salt with water and make it like bajji paste.
  2. now add cabbage to the paste sprinkle on the oil as we do for onion pakora.
  3. cabbage pakora is ready to eat.If you like,add grated coriander,curry leaves.

onion pakora

This is very simple and tasty snack. As winter season came,and rains are falling.This is the bestever snack which can be done with in 10min you can serve to your guests with combination of masala tea.

Ingrediants:
  • 2onions
  • 1/2cup besan flour
  • salt
  • baking soda
  • 2 green chillies
  • oil for deep fry
Preparation:

  1. Cut onions and green chillies into long slices.
  2. Take a mixing bowl,add onion,green chilli pieces,pinch of baking soda,little salt,and besan flour,mix it well.
  3. As onions already contain water,add little amoount of water or just sprinkle water on the mixture and mix it to thick consistency.
  4. put oil for deep fry,and onion mixture by splitting seperately with hand on oil.
  5. deep fry until brown colour.
  6. crispy and tasty onion pakora is ready to eat.
