onion rings

Onion rings is perfect snack item,which is simple and quick one. I prefer simple and quick one's on week days.when it comes to saturday and sunday i will try if they are time taking and have a heavy process.

I have made simple version of onion rings,you can add garam masala powder,cheese to it.


Ingrediants:

  • 1medium size onion
  • 1cup maida(plain flour)
  • 1/2cup corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2tsp red chillipowder
  • 1egg
  • 1tsp semilona
  • oil for deep fry

Preparation:
  1. put oil for deep fry.cut onion into ring shape.take out single rounds seperately.
  2. mix all ingrediants except oil,if it is thick add little water.Dip the onion rings into batter,place it on oil. deep fry bothsides.
  3. onion rings are ready to serve.

califlower pakora

Califlowder pakora is snack variety.It is perfect in the evening with tea. There are many types of pakora's present. Most of the vegetables can be used in making pakora. Califlower gives a different taste,preparation is also very easy.

Ingrediants:
  • 1cup califlower florets
  • 1/2cup besan flour
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • pinch baking soda
  • oil for deep fry

    Preparation:

    1. Half boil the califlower florets.remove water through strainer.
    2. make bajji batter by mixing besan flour,red chillipowder,salt,baking soda with water.
    3. put oil for deep fry,when oil gets heated dip florets in batter and place on the oil.
    4. repeat the same process with all the florets.
    5. take into tissue paper.Califlower pakora is ready to eat.

    carrot pakora

    making of caarrot pakora is simple and easy.It is quick snack which can be prepared in less than 15min.

    Ingrediants:

    • 1carrot
    • 2tsp plain flour
    • 1tsp corn flour
    • 2tsp besan flour
    • 1/2tsp red chilli powder
    • pinch baking soda
    • 1/2tsp chat masala
    • salt to taste
    • oil for deep fry
    • toothpicks
    Preparation:

    1. put oil for deep fry. peel the carrot into long slices with the help of peeler.
    2. take a bowl add all flours,red chilli powder,salt,baking soda,pour water and make bajji batter.
    3. take tooth pick and put sliced carrots into toothpick,dip into bajji batter takeout and put in oil.
    4. fry it for a min and take onto tissue paper.
    5. Do the same process with other carrot slices.
    6. spread chat masala and serve hot.

    aloo bonda

    Most of the people are fond of aloo,because everything made out of aloo turns awesome. either it is aloo samosa,dum aloo,aloo masala,french fries,aloo chips,aloo bonda. It makes us tempt to eat. Aloo is such special that every kid will definetely like it. But aloo intake should be in limited quantity as it is having fat content. but for kids,need not worry about this.They are in growing stage so that they can eat it twice a week.

    Aloo preparation takes only about 15mins,what you have to make sure that you have to boil potatoes early.Remaining process is simple and quick.


    Ingrediants:

    • 2big boiled ,peeled and mashed potatoes
    • 2 green chillies
    • 1/2tsp mustard seeds
    • 1tsp coriander leaves
    • 1tsp garam masala powder
    • 1tsp lemon juice
    • pinch turmeric
    • oil for deep fry
    For making bonda batter:
    • 1cup besan flour
    • 1tsp red chilli powder
    • baking soda
    • salt to taste


    Preparation:

    1. Make the bonda batter by mixing besan flour,red chilli powder,baking soda,litttle salt with sufficient water. the batter should not be too thick or thin,should be in medium size.then u will get nice bonda.
    2. put oil for deep fry.
    3. For preparation of aloo stuffing take a pan add 2tsp oil add mustard seeds,green chilli pieces saute it.add mashed potato,turmeric,salt,garam masala powder,lemon juice,mix it well so that it will get right taste in every bit.
    4. Now make aloo stuff in to round balls like shown in pic,place these balls in batter dip it fully and place it on frying oil.
    5. do the same process with another stuffed aloo's.  
    6. eat it directly or with sauce, or any chutney.
    Note: You can add chopped onions aloo to stuffed aloo mixture and grated carrot.

    nuvvula murukulu

    this is instant snack. you can keep it in airtight dabba and use it for a week. it is crispy in taste and  very tasty kids will surely love this.

    Ingrediants:

    • gram flour 2oogms
    • rice flour 2tsp
    • sesame seeds 2tsp
    • red chilli powder 1tsp
    • salt to taste
    • dalda 50gms
    • oil for deep fry

    Preparation:
    1. take dalda in a pan and heat it.
    2. mix gram flour,rice flour,sesame seeds,red chilli powder,salt and  pour heated dalda make like dough with water.
    3. put oil for deep fry.
    4. take muruku maker and place the sufficient dough in the maker,and press on the top and drop like round shape or whichever way you want in the oil.
    5. turn another side and fry it when it comes to light brown colour or fried well remove it and place on the paper tissue so that it will absorb excess oil.
    6. nuvvula murukulu is ready to eat.
