Ingrediants:
- Ragi flour 50gms
- rice 200gms
- salt to taste
- take rice and wash it twice. cook it until rice becomes very soft.
- now add ragi flour ,salt to the rice stirring contunously to avoid lumps.
- make it fine smooth paste like shown in image.
- take this into a round bowl put it and pour on serving plate,ragi mudda is ready to eat.
- it can be taken with any dal or curry or chutney along with ghee.
