Cabbage is a light green vegetable which is easily digestable and good for health. It reduces the risk of digestion. Drinking cabbage juice daily in the morning makes perfect for a healthy start of our day. I will post the recipe soon,as of now would like to introduce my cabbage fry which is perfect combination as a dish for chapati or pulka and side dish for hot rice.

- 1cup cabbage pieces cut into small pieces
- 2green chillies
- 1 big onion
- 2tsp grated coconut
- 2tsp oil
For Seasoning:
- cook cabbage in water. drain out water.
- Add oil to the pan,then mustard and cumin seeds,when it pops up add urad and chana dal,curry leaves.saute it well for a minute.
- Add onion pieces,saute it till golden brown colour,add green chilli pieces, cabbage pieces and turmeric, salt mix it well with laddle.
- sprinkle grated carrot and mix it well serve hot.
