Ingrediants:
It contains Vitamin A,Vitamin C,Vitamin B6,riboflavin,(Vit B2),Vitamin B3,folate,calcium,iron,magnesium,phosporous,sodium,Zinc.
- 1 beetroot(grated)
- 1 green chilli(long sliced)
- 1 small onion(small pieces)
- 1/2tsp mirchi powder
- 1tsp coriander powder
- mustard seeds
- cumin seeds
- curry leaves
- oil
- Pour the grated beetroot into a pan add little water,cook till water evaporates
- Take another pan ,add 1tsp oil,add mustard,cumin seeds,onion pieces,green chilli and curry leaves,saute it for a minute.
- Add cooked beetroot saute for 5sec then add mirchi,coriander powder and finally salt.Saute it for 2-3min's so that all spices and salt will mix to beetroot. serve hot with rice or roti.
