apple milkshake

Apple milkshake is healthiest drink one should have in their morning. It boost up your day. You can have it at any time,best resutl will comeout and feel the freshness when you take it in the morning. Coming to me,i am not the one who eat apple.I dont know the reason i dont find it tasty upto my teenage. I avoid it everytime. One day my friend made me to drink apple milkshake forcefully,saying that you will get addicted to it once you try. I tried it hesitatingly,but to my surprise it is really awesome. I dont feel like i am drinking apple milkshake. That is the interesting part in apple.   If you mix it with any other product it turns so good and mix well with other fruits or dairy products. So Apple haters,dont be afraid have it with full of freedom.


Ingrediants:


  • 1 apple
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 4 badam nuts soaked for 3-4 hrs
  • 1cup milk
Preparation:

  1. Peel off the outer layer of apple. cut into slices.
  2. take a blender add milk,peeled off  badam nuts,apple slices,sugar. blend it to smooth paste.
  3. Apple milkshake is ready to eat.
Note:

If you are in diet add honey instead of sugar.

aloo bonda

Most of the people are fond of aloo,because everything made out of aloo turns awesome. either it is aloo samosa,dum aloo,aloo masala,french fries,aloo chips,aloo bonda. It makes us tempt to eat. Aloo is such special that every kid will definetely like it. But aloo intake should be in limited quantity as it is having fat content. but for kids,need not worry about this.They are in growing stage so that they can eat it twice a week.

Aloo preparation takes only about 15mins,what you have to make sure that you have to boil potatoes early.Remaining process is simple and quick.


Ingrediants:

  • 2big boiled ,peeled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2tsp mustard seeds
  • 1tsp coriander leaves
  • 1tsp garam masala powder
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • pinch turmeric
  • oil for deep fry
For making bonda batter:
  • 1cup besan flour
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • baking soda
  • salt to taste


Preparation:

  1. Make the bonda batter by mixing besan flour,red chilli powder,baking soda,litttle salt with sufficient water. the batter should not be too thick or thin,should be in medium size.then u will get nice bonda.
  2. put oil for deep fry.
  3. For preparation of aloo stuffing take a pan add 2tsp oil add mustard seeds,green chilli pieces saute it.add mashed potato,turmeric,salt,garam masala powder,lemon juice,mix it well so that it will get right taste in every bit.
  4. Now make aloo stuff in to round balls like shown in pic,place these balls in batter dip it fully and place it on frying oil.
  5. do the same process with another stuffed aloo's.  
  6. eat it directly or with sauce, or any chutney.
Note: You can add chopped onions aloo to stuffed aloo mixture and grated carrot.

banana milkshake

Today, i was in no mood to make breakfast,and a lot of milk is there in fridge.so i just wanted to make anything with milk.then i saw one banana left on the table.Then came the idea, to make banana milkshake.
i have searched in fridge,whether there is any icecream present.then i got vanilla in deep refrigerator. Then i thought its perfect to make banana milkshake recipe.

Here is the preparation follows:



Ingrediants:

  • 1banana
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1cup of milk
  • 4 cashew nuts
  • 1scoop vanilla
  • 1tsp honey
Preparation:

  1. cut banana into pieces,place it on a blender,add milk,sugar,cashew nuts.blend it well
  2. take into serving glass,put 1scoop vanilla,spread honey on it.
  3. have the delicious banana milkshake

guthi vankaya koora(stuffed eggplant curry)

Guthi vankya koora is a curry made with small brinjals.This is andhra traditional recipe.You can see it in every home. This curry can be made with purple brinjals or green egg plants.It tastes good with both of them. The brinjals should be fresh then only the curry will get maximum taste,and fresh brinjals get cooked with in shortspan of time than the older ones.so use fresh brinjals while preparing this curry. This is very simple process and requires quick bit more time compared to other recipes.

Guthivankaya koora can be served with chapati or plain rice or ragi mudda. it gives great taste with any of them.
Few people love to eat with dosa also.

Ingrediants:
  • 12 brinjals medium or small size
  • 2 onions
  • 6 garlic flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4cup roasted peanuts 
  • 2tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2tsp jaggery
  • 1tsp tamarind paste
  • salt to taste
  • 4tsp oil
Preparation:
  1.  Cut brinjals into quarter without cutting till the end of stem.like in picture.We have to stuff the brinjals with paste.
  2. take a tsp oil in a pan add onion pieces fry it.
  3. For making masala paste take a blender add onion pieces,grated coconut,roasted peanuts,sesame seeds,garlic flakes,jaggery blend all the ingrediants well to make a fine smooth paste.
  4. Now in a heavy bottomed kadai add remaining oil add mustardseeds cumin seeds when it splutters add stuffed brinjals fry for 5mins in low flame.after 5min turn to otherside without disturbing the paste inside the brinjals.cook for another 5mins.
  5. Now add remaining paste add all powders,tamarind paste,salt and cook for 15-20min.
  6. check whether brinjals are cooked well.If it is cooked well when we touch with spoon it appears smooth.
  7. take into serving bowl.serve hot with chapati or rice.

banana apple fruit custurd

Making of banana apple custard is very simple and easy.It requires less time and healthy too as it contains milk and fruits. I have made this fruit custard with apple,banana and black grapes.You can add ur choice of fruits like papaya,pomagranate,etc.It will give double taste with white grapes.but as this is not white grapes season i have add black grapes.It is optional,you can omit this also.

Ingrediants:
  • 500ml toned milk
  • 2tsp custard powder
  • 2bananas
  • 2 apple
  • 1small cup grapes
  • 1cup sugar
  • 2tsp honey
Preparation:
  1. pour milk in a pan and bring it to boil,now add sugar and stir it well until sugar dissolves in milk.
  2. Now mix tsp custard powder with cold milk or water till no lumps are there,pour it into boiling milk.stir it for min.
  3. switch off and take out the pan let it come to room temperature.
  4. now cut apple and bananas into pieces add it to milk.add grapes also.
  5. Refrigerate it for 3 to 4hours.cool,cool apple banana fruit custard  with grapes is ready to eat with topping honey.
  6. pour honey on fruit custard before gng to eat.
Note: take out seed part fromapple while cutting.
