carrot coriander soup

It is helpful who are following diet and dont want to take raw carrot.
Ingrediants:

  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
Preparation:

  1. heat 2tsp oil in a pan,add garlic pieces,onion pieces,grated carrot,cook it till it comes to boiling stage.
  2. take it into a blender,blend it make a thick paste.
  3. strain it through a juice strainer into the same pan ,add grated coriander leaves again boil it,add pepper,salt.
  4. carrot coriander soup is ready to have it.

masala idli

This recipe is prepared for whom dont like to eat idli's.i have seen many people who dont like idli's it is for them. it is tasty,you will definely love it.
Ingrediants:
  • 4 idli's
  • 1onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2tsp garam masala powder
  • oil
  • salt
Preaparation:
  1. Cut idli into 4 pieces with knife
  2. take 2tsp oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,onion pieces,green chilli split,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,salt.mix it well. then add idli pieces mix and put in a low flam saute it for a minute.take into serving plate
  3. masala idli is ready to eat.
Note:
it make only 1 per serving.

curd rice

Curd rice is the main south indian recipe often made in their homes,it is mostly prepared for college going students,kids. it is very light dish,could be useful for people who are on diet,or preparing for exams. though it is simple its taste is superb.

Ingrediants:
  • rice 1cup
  • sour curd 1cup
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • 1/4tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  • garlic sliced
  • ginger slices
  • 1/2tsp urad dal
  • 1/2tsp chanadal
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • oil
  • salt
Preparation:
  1. Take rice in a bowl,pour curd mix it well with hand,add salt,mit it and set aside.
  2. Take a pan put on stove,add 2tsp oil,mustard seeds,cumin seed,chana dal,urad dal,split red chillies,ginger,garlic slices,green chilli pieces,curry leaves,you can add pinch of turmeric also.
  3. take this tadka and pour it on rice,mix it and garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. curd rice is ready. its best combination is pickle,otherwise you can use chutney of your choice.

carrot coriander rice

This is a very healthy recipe,and instant also,it can be taken by all people. This dish is simple,instant and nutritious.
Ingrediants:
  • carrot 1 cup
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • boiled rice 2cups
  • 1 green chilli
  • mustard seeds
  • urad dal
  • chana dal
  • oil
  • salt
Preparation:
  1. take coriander leaves into a blender,add small amount of water make a paste,put aside.
  2. Grate the carrot,put aside.cut green chilli long sliced.
  3. take a pan add 2tsp oil,mustard seeds,urad dal,chanadal,green chilli ,grated carrot,saute it well,add coriander paste and saute it.
  4. add boiled rice,and salt,mix it well. carrot coriander rice is ready to eat.

aloo fry

Aloo is favourite dish to every one.Specially kids will love aloo a lot. Here is one recipe made with aloo.Try and enjoy the super taste of aloo.

Ingrediants:
  • 2 Aloo's
  • 2green chillies
  • 1onion
  • curry leaves
  • urad dal
  • mustard seeds
  • cumin seeds
  • oil
  • salt
Preparation:

  1. cut aloo into 4 pieces and cook in a cooker. after 2vessels set cooker aside and leave for 10min.
  2. in the mean time chop onion,green chilles into small pieces.
  3. After 10min take out aloo from cookerpeel off the layer,take peeled aloo into a plate and mash it.
  4. in a thick bottom pan add 2tsp of oil,add mustard,cumin seeds,urad dal,onion,green chilli pieces,curry leaves,pinch of turmeric.add mashed aloo,finally add salt,fry for 1min,and take into a servind bowl.
  5. it is best combination with puri,chapati.

puri

From my childhood i love puri's that are puffed like baloons. I used to eat puri's as soon as they come out of the oil itself. my mom makes it very tasty. she makes puri's crispy and baloon type.whatever type we want.
Now i am going to tell you how this delicious and tasty puri can be made.

Ingrediants:
  • wheat flour(att) 100gms
  • 1tsp sooji or bombay rava
  • 2-3 tsp boiled milk
  • oil for deep fry
  • salt
  • water
Preparation:
  1. add wheat flour,rava,salt to a bowl,mix with  boiled milk,then add water and make puri dough.
  2. leave the dough to set for 15-20mins.in the mean time put oil for deep fry in a thick bottom pan..
  3. make puri's with puri maker round,dip into the oil,after 3 sec turn otherside put for 2sec,remove it and place it on a newspaper or tissue paper,so that excces oil will be obsorbed.
  4. Repeat the same process to all puri's.
Note: If you want puri to be crispy,while making the puri,make it thin.

breadtoast

Ingrediants:
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • pinch turmeric
  • salt
  • oil
Preparation:
  1. heat bread slices on a  pan with or without butter.
  2. heat 2tsp oil in a kadai,add onion,green chilli,tomato slices,pinch of turmeric and grated carrot.
  3. top this mixute on bread slice and leave it for 2mins,so that bread absorbs the ingrediants taste,add another slice on the top.Garnish with tomato ketchup
  4. bread toast is ready to eat.
