Ingrediants:
- 1cup sweet corn
- 1cup peanuts
- 1 tomato
- 1tsp butter
- salt
- pepper
- sesame powder
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation:
- soak peanuts for 2hours. boil sweet corn. cut tomato into small pieces removing the seeds
- add butter in a pan add sweetcorn,peanuts,tomato piecces,salt,pepper,toss it well. finally add sesame powder.before going toeat add lemon juice. the salad is ready to eat.
- it can be taken in the evening
Ingrediants:
- 1cup methileaves
- 1cup toor dal
- 2tomatoes
- tamarind lemon size
- turmeric pinch
- 5-6green chillies
- mustard seeds
- 1/4tspurad dal
- garlic cloves
- 1red chilli
- curry leaves
- oil
- salt
Preparation:
- wash toor dal,methi leaves,tomatoes,green chillies. put the pan on stove,add all the washed ingrediants,2cups water,turmeric let it cook for 15min,add tamarind and salt.
- for tadka add 1tsp oil,mustard seeds,urad dal,garlic cloves,red chilli split,and curry leaves add it to dal. methi dal is ready to eat.
Ingrediants:
- 1lt toned milk
- 400gm condensed milk
- 1tsp custard p/owder
- 10 rusks
Preparation:
- boil milk untill it comes to 1/2lt. add custard powder to 2tsp cold milk.mix it well so that no lumps are left.add this to boiling milk. add condensed milk also stir it continuously for 5 min.
- arrange rusks in a plate pour boiled milk on rusks aagain put rusks on this add milk. if we want extra taste we can /put cashew on the to/p.
- rusk rubdy is so easy to pre/pare. try it and enjoy the deliciious taste. if you want more sweet add sugar.

- tamarind lemon size
- peanuts 1 smll cup
- 1onion small pieces
- 1 green chilli small pieces
- mustard seeds
- garlic cloves
- curry leaves
- coriander leaves
- salt
- oil
Preparation:
- soak tamarind in water for 5-10min. fry peanuts and make powder.
- squeeze out tamarind pulp and take the juice add onion pieces,green chilli pieces,saltpeanut powder,coriander leaves mix it well.
- take 1tsp oil in a pan add mustard seeds,garlic cloves,curry leaves. take this and add to tamarind juice.After 10 min it is ready to use.
- it tastes great with pulagam(moongdal rice) or dal rice.
