Ingrediants:
- ridge gourd 500gm
- 1onion
- 1 tomato
- 1tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2tsp coriander powder
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- 1tsp garam masala powder
- salt
- mustard seeds
- cumin seeds
- oil
- peel off the outer layre of ridge gourd and cut into small pieces.
- take 2tsp oil in a pan,add mustard cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,onion,tomato pieces.sute it well. then add ridge gourd pieces ,pinch of turmeric,mix it well. put the lid for 5mins.
- open the lid, add coriander powder.red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt,mix it.add small amount of water cook another 5 min. garnish with tomato and coriander leaves. ridge gourd curry is ready to eat.
