hot badam milk

winter season has already started. in this season every body prefers hot recipes. here i am going to tell u about how to make simple hot badam milk which can be made easily.

Ingrediants:
  • milk 1cup
  • badam paste 1/2cup
  • suger 2tsp
  • elachi powder 1/2tsp
Preparation:
  1. boil milk and add badam paste  let it cook for 2-3mins.
  2. now add elachi powder and suger cook for a min.
  3. badam milk is ready to drink.
  4. you can garnish with grated badam .

spicy peanut chutney

this chutney is very common in our home,everybody loves it a lot.it can be taken with idli,dosa,rice,chapati,pulagam,pongal.

Ingrediants:
  • 1cup peanuts
  • 6green chillies
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • tamarind lemon size
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • jaggery lemon sixe
  • salt
  • oil
Preparation:

  1. dry roast peanuts and pell off the outer skin.
  2. add 1tsp oil and onion which is cut into cubes and green chill,gralici fry it well till onion  comes to golden brown colour. then add tomato cubes and tamarind fry it well .
  3. put peanuts and all fried ingrediants along with jaggery and salt,in a blender and blend it to make a thick paste.
  4. yummy peanut chutney is ready to eat.

indian masala maggi noodles

when i was studying in college itself i started eating maggi,now also i eat often.but i got bored of eating the same maggi just adding water and masala.thats y i tried it with indian version.it turned so tasty,try it you too will definetely love it.
Ingrediants:
  • 1maggi packet
  • 1onion
  • 1green chilli
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp coriander powder
  • oil
  • salt
  • mustard seeds

Preparation:
  1. take out noodles and 1cup of water and bring it to boil when noodles are cooked well strain water or take out the noodles into cold water so that it doesnt become sticky.
  2. now add 2tsp oil to a pan add mustard seeds,onion and green chilli chopped,curry leaves ,when the onions turn golden brown colour now add red chilli,coriander powder,salt,amd masala powder which was given in maggi,mix it well.
  3. then add cooked noodles and mix it well so that masala will stick to all parts of noodles.
  4. spicy and hot masala maggi is ready to eat.
  5. you can add soy sauce and tomato ketchup to it.

rice pudding

sravanamasam is already started,everybody is busy making vrathas and pujas.
today i am going to tell about delicious pudding which can be made as prasadam.
here is the recipe.

Ingrediants:
  • 1cup rice
  • 1cup jaggery
  • 2tsp ghee
  • 1/2 ltr milk
  • 5-6cashew nuts

Preparation:
  1. wash and soak rice for 10min. then take a pan add rice and milk together and bring it to boil.
  2. when the rice becomes soft and cooked well add grated jaggery and mix it well so thatjaggery mix well with rice and milk.
  3. rake another pan add ghee,cashew,when the cashew is fried well add cashew along with ghee to the rice.
  4. rice pudding is ready to eat.
  5. if you want extra sweet you can add another 1/2cup of jaggery.
