rasgulla

Rasgulla and gulab jamun are my all time favourite sweets. I would love to eat it at any time. It gives you heavenly taste.
Rasgulla is a sweet conaining sugar syrup with white ball made of panner. It is white and smooth texture. Most of the people think that making of rasgulla is difficult and requires much time. That's not true.If you do it with bit of concentration and careful it is easy.


Making sugar syrup is easy and if you have done making paneer at home then it is damn easy to you. If you are doing for first time,then also no problem.see the procedure and follow it exactly. you will definetely make it.

Ingrediants:
  • 1trr milk
  • 1tsp lemon juice or venigar
  • 1cup sugar
  • 2cardamom crushed
Preparation:
  1. take milk in a pan boil it.when it comes to boiling stage,add lemon juice to it.put the flame in sim.
  2. you will mik curdling and waterand white solid is getting seperated.
  3. take a muslin cloth drain out water completely,and tie the cloth folding the paneer or koya inside it on tap or any high place.Leave it for 3-4hours.

  5. Take out koya from the cloth put on floor and rub it with hand on neat place.
  6. Koya will get smooth texture now make small balls as shown in pic with koya.
  7. make sugar syrup by adding 1cup of water and add a cardamom.
  8. place the balls on syrup and cook for 15min,so that balls will absorb sugar syrup.
  9. cool it to room temperature,you can have it now or put in refrigerator for 2-3hours and have cool rasgulla's.

simple and quick ridge gourd curry

ridge gourd is one of the ingrediants which we can blend into many forms and combine it with any ingrediant.

This recipe is simple you dont need much ingrediants.It will be tasty too. when you are in no mood to eat masala,then it gives you right taste.


Ingrediants:
  • 2 ridgegourds(peeled and chopped)
  • 1 onion(chopped)
  • 1tomato(chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2tsp oil
  • 1tsp mustard seeds
  • 6curry leaves
Seasoning spices:
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 1tsp garam masala powder


    Preparation:
    1. take a pan put 2tsp oil add mustard seeds,then onion pieces saute it well.add tomatoes,curry leaves saute it.
    2. add ridge gourd and salt,put in medium or low flame put on the lid let it cook for 5min.
    3. Now add the spices,mix well.cook for another 5min. Ridge gourd curry is ready to eat.

    califlower egg gravy

    Califlower egg gravy is super delicious recipe.Once you try,definetely you won't forget this recipe or the people who ate this,such delicious it is. Califlower and egg combination is great taste.

    The preparation requires 3 steps to it. first step is cooking eggs and califlower florets.second is making gravy paste.and the third one is cooking of eggs and florets in gravy.

    Ingrediants:

    • 6 eggs
    • 1 small califlower
    • 2spn red chilli powder
    • 2spn coriander powder
    • salt to taste
    • pinch turmeric
    • 4tsp oil
    For making gravy paste:
    •  grated coconut 1cup
    • 8 cashewnuts
    • 2 cloves
    • 1 cinnamon
    • 1bunch coriander leaves
    • 2 onions(chopped)
    • 1 tomato(chopped)
    • 6 curry leaves
    • 1tsp mustard seeds
    • 1tsp cumin seeds
    • 2tsp ginger garlic paste
    Preparation:

    1. boil eggs and florets in cooker.peel off egg outer layre.
    2. for making gravy paste add all ingrediants in blender and blend it well to smooth fine paste.
    3. Take a heavy bottomed pan,add oil mustard and cumin seeds when it splutters add onions and fry it well.
    4. when onions turns golden brown colour add,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste, tomato fry for another 2mins. Now add califlower flower florets,fry it and add gravy paste,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric,salt.mix it well.add little water to it and cook for 5mins.
    5. now make small lines to egg with knife add it to gravy.put on lid,swith to low flame cook for 1min.
    6. Califlower,egg gravy is ready to eat with hot rice or chapati.

    bread toast with jam

    Bread toast with jam is simple,quick,and easy break fast. When you are in hurry and no time to make breakfast. then this is the best breakfast for you.Kids will definetely love this.

    The preparation is very easty.just simply toast bread in bread toaster apply jam it and spread honey.That's it.
    As simple as it is.

    Ingrediants:

    • 4 whole wheat bread
    • 1spn mixed fruit jam
    • 1/2 spn honey
    Preparation:
    1. Toast the bread with toaster or fry it on a pan both sides.
    2. Applu jam evenly to one breadslice,on top of it put another slice.pour honey on top of it.
    3. Yummy and tasty breadtoast is ready to eat.

      simple dosa

      Dosa is a very popular south indian dish. You can find it in any part of south india. With dosa we can make so many magics.There are hundreds of different types of dosa's are present most popular are onion dosa,masala dosa,paneer dosa,egg dosa,rava dosa,paper dosa.....etc. Like this lot of varieties are present. The speciality of dosa is it gives great taste with any ingrediant add to it.

      Preparation of dosa is very easy. All you have to do is soaking the rice and urad dal,fenugreek seeds for over night.Then grind it by adding little water.If you are trying it for first time make sure the dosa pan is heated to right temperature,then only dosa will get spread easily.otherwise it will stuck to pan.And gets difficult make dosa.


      For this i use one technique,i put it in very high flame,sprinkle little oil and spread it with onion evenly on pan. Onion should be cut at one end appear like flat surface,sothat oil will spread evenly. When it gets heated sprinkle little water,when water evaporates pour dosa with garita like shown in pic.


      Ingrediants:
      • 2cups rice 
      • 1cup urad dal
      • 1tsp fenugreek seeds
      • salt to taste
      • 1/2spn baking soda
      • oil 
      Preparation:

      1. Soak rice,urad dal,fenugreek seeds for overnight.
      2. take a blender or grinder add all the ingrediants with little water,blend it well..You will get a fine batter.
      3. If the batter is too thick add some more water. add salt and baking soda to it.
      4. Heat the pan,spread little oil,rub it to whole pan with onion.
      5. pour dosa batter and spread it with utensil.spread little oil on it.
      6. Take out dosa to serving plate,serve hot with chutney or sambar.

      grape juice

      Grape juice is different from other drinks in terms of taste,colour,texture. The grape juice is purple in colour containing thick texture,and containing sweet,bit of astringent good to taste. It improves hemoglobin content in our body. So we can say it as healthy drink.

      Grape juice can be made easily.Except you have to deseed the grapes. other wise you can run it processor and drain out.




      Ingrediants:


      • 1cup grapes peel off layer and seedss
      • 2tsp sugar
      • 1/4tsp black pepper powder
      Preparation:

      1. Take a blender add grapes,sugar,pepper powder.blend it well
      2. take juice strainer and remove the wastage part.
      3. take the juice into serving glass. Grape juice is ready to eat.
