carrot coriander rice

This is a very healthy recipe,and instant also,it can be taken by all people. This dish is simple,instant and nutritious.
Ingrediants:
  • carrot 1 cup
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • boiled rice 2cups
  • 1 green chilli
  • mustard seeds
  • urad dal
  • chana dal
  • oil
  • salt
Preparation:
  1. take coriander leaves into a blender,add small amount of water make a paste,put aside.
  2. Grate the carrot,put aside.cut green chilli long sliced.
  3. take a pan add 2tsp oil,mustard seeds,urad dal,chanadal,green chilli ,grated carrot,saute it well,add coriander paste and saute it.
  4. add boiled rice,and salt,mix it well. carrot coriander rice is ready to eat.
