This is a very healthy recipe,and instant also,it can be taken by all people. This dish is simple,instant and nutritious.
Ingrediants:- carrot 1 cup
- coriander leaves 1 cup
- boiled rice 2cups
- 1 green chilli
- mustard seeds
- urad dal
- chana dal
- oil
- salt
- take coriander leaves into a blender,add small amount of water make a paste,put aside.
- Grate the carrot,put aside.cut green chilli long sliced.
- take a pan add 2tsp oil,mustard seeds,urad dal,chanadal,green chilli ,grated carrot,saute it well,add coriander paste and saute it.
- add boiled rice,and salt,mix it well. carrot coriander rice is ready to eat.
