cut mirchi

  • 4 Bajji mirchi
  • 100gms besan flour
  • 1sp rice flour
  • salt
  • oil
  • onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1tsp chat masala
  1. cut green chillites end part and cut one side long.
  2. mix besan flour,rice flour,salt,red chilli powder add water make like a thick paste.
  3. heat oil in a pan,dip the green chillies in besan and put in oil,deep fry it.
  4. take into a plate,cut this into 4-5 parts as shown in picture
  5. again deep fry these pieces and take into serving plate,add cut oinion,and sprinckle chat masala,and lemon juice.
  6. cut mirchi is ready to gives double the taste than mirchi bajji.
