rice pudding

sravanamasam is already started,everybody is busy making vrathas and pujas.
today i am going to tell about delicious pudding which can be made as prasadam.
here is the recipe.

Ingrediants:
  • 1cup rice
  • 1cup jaggery
  • 2tsp ghee
  • 1/2 ltr milk
  • 5-6cashew nuts

Preparation:
  1. wash and soak rice for 10min. then take a pan add rice and milk together and bring it to boil.
  2. when the rice becomes soft and cooked well add grated jaggery and mix it well so thatjaggery mix well with rice and milk.
  3. rake another pan add ghee,cashew,when the cashew is fried well add cashew along with ghee to the rice.
  4. rice pudding is ready to eat.
  5. if you want extra sweet you can add another 1/2cup of jaggery.
