spicy peanut chutney

this chutney is very common in our home,everybody loves it a can be taken with idli,dosa,rice,chapati,pulagam,pongal.

  • 1cup peanuts
  • 6green chillies
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • tamarind lemon size
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • jaggery lemon sixe
  • salt
  • oil

  1. dry roast peanuts and pell off the outer skin.
  2. add 1tsp oil and onion which is cut into cubes and green chill,gralici fry it well till onion  comes to golden brown colour. then add tomato cubes and tamarind fry it well .
  3. put peanuts and all fried ingrediants along with jaggery and salt,in a blender and blend it to make a thick paste.
  4. yummy peanut chutney is ready to eat.
