majjiga pulusu

Majjiga pulusu is one dish which is used frequently in andhra recipes.I love any form of yoghurt.so,i definetely love this. Yoghurt itself contains many important factors needed for the body.

It contains vitamin D,riboflavin,vitamin B12,calcium,Yoghurt contains good bacteria which is needed for our body.Calcium place very important place in our body as it helps strengthening bones. People who are suffering from osteoporosis,can reduce the effect by including yoghurt in their daily menu. It is best to take a cup of yoghurt every day.It helps to improve the immune and digestive system.Yoghurt must be stocked in refrigerator since it is dairy product.We can also make yoghurt drincks or add in vegetables or salads or fruits. youghurt could not be heated,its nutrition facts will get reduced or disappear.

So my friends try to take atleast a cup of yoghurt everyday. Here is recipe preparation for majjiga pulusu.

Ingrediants:

  • Youghurt 1cup
  • mustard seeds 1/2tsp
  • cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  • 1small onion chopped nicely
  • 2 dry red chilli
  • garlic pods
  • curry leaves 6
  • pinch turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp oil
Preparation:

  1. Take yoghurt into a bowl and whisk it nicely till no lumps are left.add salt to it.
  2. take tsp of oil in a pan add mustard,cumin,onion pieces,dry red chilli split,garlic pods,curry leaves,turmeric fry it well.
  3. add this to whisked youghurt.
  4. majjiga pulusu(yoghurt gravy) is ready to eat.
  5. it can be consumed directly or taken with rice.
