Banana burfi

Banana burfi sounds very interestin . Earlier i posted the recipe banana smoothie,now i am presenting banana burfi which is quick and delightful sweet,once you try definetely get addicted to it.


Here is the recipe preparation,photo will be uploaded soon.

Ingrediants:

  • 4 banana's
  • 1tsp bhuna chana powder
  • 1 1/2tsp cornflour
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1/2cup ghee
Preparation:

  1. heat ghee in a pan add mashed banana's to it,fry it for a minute.
  2. add bhuna chana powder,cornflour mix it and let it cook for 5min.
  3. now add sugar when sugar melts and burfi forms thick paste remove it and pour on a greased plate when it cools lightly cut into pieces and have it.
