As Festivals are lined up,doing different types of sweets for every festival will find difficult.For this i am going to post different sweets every day.
- 1cup moongdal
- 4cups milk
- 2cups jaggery
- 2tsp ghee
- soak moongdal in water for an hour.
- boil milk in a thick bottomed pan,stir it .
- add soaked moongdal to boiling milk again cook it.
- once the moongdalis cooked well add jaggery,ghee again cook for 5min
- switch off the stove and add raisins and cashews.
