- 1cup cabbage grated
- 1cup besan flour
- 1/2tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- baking soda pinch
- oil for deep fry
- mix besan flour ,red chilli powder,baking soda,salt with water and make it like bajji paste.
- now add cabbage to the paste sprinkle on the oil as we do for onion pakora.
- cabbage pakora is ready to eat.If you like,add grated coriander,curry leaves.
