pachi pulusu or raw rasam with peanuts

Ingrediants:
  • tamarind lemon size
  • peanuts 1 smll cup
  • 1onion small pieces
  • 1 green chilli small pieces
  • mustard seeds
  • garlic cloves
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • oil
Preparation:
  1. soak tamarind in water for 5-10min. fry peanuts and make powder.
  2. squeeze out tamarind pulp and take the juice add onion pieces,green chilli pieces,saltpeanut powder,coriander leaves mix it well.
  3. take 1tsp oil in a pan add mustard seeds,garlic cloves,curry leaves. take this and add to tamarind juice.After 10 min it is ready to use.
  4. it tastes great with pulagam(moongdal rice) or dal rice.
