beerakaya koora or ridge gourd curry


Ingrediants:
  • ridge gourd 500gm
  • 1onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2tsp coriander powder
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp garam masala powder
  • salt
  • mustard seeds
  • cumin seeds
  •  oil
Preparation:
  1. peel off the outer layre of ridge gourd and cut into small pieces.
  2. take 2tsp oil in a pan,add mustard cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,onion,tomato pieces.sute it well. then add ridge gourd pieces ,pinch of turmeric,mix it well. put the lid for 5mins.
  3. open the lid, add coriander powder.red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt,mix it.add small amount of water cook another 5 min. garnish with tomato and coriander leaves. ridge gourd curry is ready to eat.
