This recipe can be made with left out idlis's.It is quick snack.Kids will like this a lot. for those who doent like idli's this is best.

- 4 Left over idli's
- 1onion(small pieces)
- 1 green chilli(small pieces)
- turmeric pinch
- mustard seeds
- oil
- coriander leaves
- Mash idli's.
- Take 1tsp oil,add mustard seeds,onion,green chilli pieces,turmeric,add ,ashed idlis and salt. saute it well. idli snack is ready to eat. It is different and tasty snack. you can add urad dal,chana dal of your choice also.garnish with coriander leaves.
